Vacation Rental Description

This is a large one bedroom, one bath mobile home upgraded and  
remodeled into a graceful tropical cottage. It is set in a tropical  
landscape (palm trees, royal poinciana, hibiscus, etc.) and you can  
enjoy the covered front porch, the covered back porch, or the  
backyard: each offering seating areas and tables amidst tropical  
splendor.  
A barbecue is set up in the backyard.  Air-conditioned inside for  
your comfort, or cool off at the near-by pool. Features kitchen with  
4 burner stove, oven, microwave, full size fridge (also an  
appartment fridge in the bedroom), coffee maker, utensils, pots and  
pans, dishes and glasses, Linens and towels, queen size bed in  
private bedroom, and queen size sofa beds in livingroom, two TV sets  
with basic cable, front and back covered porches, spacious backyard,  
and much more. 
 
Located in a gated, safe, Five Star Community; you can enjoy all the  
ammenities: deep boat ramps, marina, snorkling or scuba in tropical  
coral seas, fish cleaning station, store, pool, hot tub, tennis,  
children's playground, activity center with ping pong, pool table,  
and a multitude of games.  The Community charges $5.38 for 2 persons  
plus $4.30 for each additional person per day. This allows you  
unlimited use of all facilities. 
No pets; smoking on patios only. 
A scenic 19 mile drive takes you to historic, exotic Key West, the  
southermost point in the continental USA, and a major center for  
deep  
sea fishing, art, theater, Audubon and marine wildlife conservation  
activities, etc.  
11.5% sales taxes will be added. $100 security deposit is required,  
to be refunded within 30 days of departure, and $75 cleaning fee.  
Cancellation  made at least 45 days in advance will be refunded,  
minus a $50 fee;  
thereafter, we will refund any portion that is re-rented, minus a  
$50 fee.  Personal  
checks are accepted two weeks or more in advance. VISA, Mastercard,  
and American Express accepted.

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly rental rates start at $600 for 2 persons.  Cleaning is $75.  
Tax is 11.5% of rent amount only. Additional persons  
are $20 per week.  Please contact us for an exact quote. 
 
Additional fees:  
1)  The resort charges a one time $50 registration fee. 
 
2)  A $100 security deposit is required. It will be refunded within  
30 days of departure. 
 
3)  Taxes apply to rentals for 28 days or less. 
 
Substantial discount, and NO TAX on monthly rentals. Please inquire  
for details.
