3-minute walk to the beach via a private walkway. Your condo is  
directly across the street from the beach. 
 
Your top-floor penthouse 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit offers a queen bed  
and queen sleeper sofa, accomodating up to 4 people comfortably.  
The condo is perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation.  
You will love the peaceful sunsets from your balcony!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Wireless high-speed Internet is provided in the unit for your  
convenience. Your kitchen and linens are fully stocked. Beach toys,  
a high chair, and a portable crib are provided for the little ones.  
There is even a DVD/VCR player for movie nights. 
 
A pool and racquetball are available for guests. Handy amenities  
include beach chairs and a cooler.

Activities and Attractions

Relax on the beach and watch the dolphins play. There are many  
outdoor activities on Marco Island: golf, sailing, fishing,  
waterskiing, jetskiing, kayaking, shelling, dolphin cruises, and  
sunset cruises.  For indoor activities, walk or drive to nearby  
shops and restaurants.  Watch the latest new movies at Marco Movies,  
only 1/2 mile away.  
 
Marco Island is located on the Southern Gulf Coast of Florida, south  
of Naples. The Beach Club is 50 minutes from the Southwest Florida  
International Airport in Fort Myers.

Vacation Rental Rates

Dec. 15 to Apr. 30- $1200/week 
May 1 to May 31- $600/week 
Jun. 1 to Sep. 30- $500/week 
Oct. 1 to Dec. 14- $600/week 
 
Nightly rentals $100 in summer, $110 in spring/fall. 3-night minimum. 
Nightly and monthly rentals only available off-peak. 
 
Rates include cleaning. All rates subject to 10% Florida sales tax. 
$200 refundable security deposit required. 
The unit is Non-smoking and pets are not permitted.
