community pool and Marina is located in the gated community of Grand
Harbor. Grand Harbor is situated between Indian River Blvd. and the
Indian River (Inland Waterway) on the mainland and is approximately
four miles north of Vero Beach,Florida. The condo has three
bedrooms, livingroom/diningroom, two full bathrooms, full kitchen
with with dining area,and patio overlooking condo pool and Grand
Harbor Marina.

This well maintained condo has three TV's, three VCR's a DVD player
surround sound stero system with CD player,Comcast cable TV, high
speed cable modem wireless internet service. The kitchen is fully stocked
with microwave oven, refrigator/freezer with ice maker, garbage
disposal and full sized oven with four burner electric cook top.
There is also a stacked washer/dryer. A full equity golf membership is available for transfer to the renter (at additional cost) that allows the renter to obtain preferred tee times and waiver of green fees (cart fees are additional).

Within Grand Harbor there is: GOLF- two 18 hole championship golf
courses-The Harbour Course by Joe Dye and The River Course by Joe
Lee. TENNIS- 10 Har Tru surface lighted tennis courts, pro shop plus
a new Stadium Exhibition Complex. There is a 32,000 sq. ft.
Mediterranean-style Clubhouse with three dinning romms, full fitness
center, men's & ladies' card & locker rooms and golf pro shop.
RECREATION-The pool located next to the condo and the The Beach Club
over-looking the Atlantic Ocean with a huge heated freshwater pool.
Additionally,watersports,fishing,boating,shoping,fine dining and
entertainment are within easy driving distance.

Low season -(April,16th to December,14th)$1250.00/week with minimum
two week rental.
High Season - (December 15th to April 15th)$2100.00/week with
minimum 4 week rental.
No single nite or single week rentals available in either High or
Low seasons.
