countertops. 
 
3minute stroll to the fishing pier,shops,restaurants.Golf and tennis  
closeby.Enjoy the wide,white sandy beach and refreshing blue ocean  
with lifeguards on duty. 
 
Each unit has a washer/dryer/dishwasher. Electricity,cable  
TV,wireless internet access,local phone and water included.Central  
A/C.Linens,towels,beach chairs,beach umbrellas,beach towels provided. 
 
Check in 3pm.Check out 11am. 
Occupancy:maximum 2 people;depending on the age, additional  
occupancy may be possible with extra fee.

Vacation Rental Rates

Super Summer Rate: $90.00/night with minimum rental of 1 week 
(7days,6nights); $1,800.00/month 
Winter Rates(December to March):$870/week(7days,6nights);$2,600.00/month(rent 3 weeks 4th week free) 
Deposit: $100 deposit to confirm and hold the dates;balance due 45  
days prior to arrival. 
Cancellation policy:refundable up to 45days prior to arrival,less  
$100 service fee.No refund for early departure or no shows. 
Extra fees: 11%tax,exit cleaing fee $85 
For stays of 1 month or longer,$200 refundable security deposit,  
less cost of repair/replacement. 
Credit card or checks accepted. 
No Pets. 
No Smoking.
