Vacation Rental Description

Beach house close to ocean and Intercoastal Waterway.  Great views of ocean from both front and back 
decks.  Located on a quiet street across from beach access.  Intercoastal Waterway located at end of 
street in opposite direction from Ocean.  Both a short walking distance - 150 steps from driveway to 
beach access and takes 2 minutes to walk.   Three bedrooms each with private bath.   Quiet island 
setting with no hustle and bustle, yet....

Close to Myrtle Beach, SC (40 miles south) and close to Wilmington, NC (35 miles north).

New kitchen appliances, countertops, and floors.  New floors in bathrooms and Carolina Room. Newly 
painted inside and outside.  New furniture is some rooms. (Fall 2007)

Vacation Rental Amenities

House fully equipped with regular household items - dishes, pots, pans, vacuum, etc.  Washer and 
dryer in house.  Grill and beach chairs.   Cable with 5 TVs in the house, 3 DVD players.  Carolina 
Room.  Fish sink in garage.  Outside shower.  Two car garage.  Hair dryers provided in each 
bathroom.  Portable playpen/crib, umbrella stroller, and regular stroller.  

Linens and towels available upon request.  

Wireless Internet available.  

Initial grocery shopping service provided upon request.  Avoid the crowded grocery stores on your 
day of arrival.  We will shop for you and have your groceries put away when you arrive for a fee of 
15% of grocery bill (minimum fee of $20 for this service).  

Special occasion?  Give us your order and we will have flowers, champagne, etc. waiting when you 
arrive.

Jan - Mar: $600/wk + tax = $676.50
Apr:  $700/wk + tax = $789.25
May:  $900/wk + tax = 1014.75
Jun, Jul & Aug:  $1200.00/wk + tax = $1353.00
Sep:  $900.00/wk + tax = $1014.75
Oct - $700 + tax = $789.25
Nov - Dec:  $600/wk + tax = $676.50

NC sales tax (6.75%) and occupancy tax (6%) included.  Departure cleaning included.  Additional 
$250 "refundable" security deposit required.  

Daily, weekend, monthly, and long term rentals available.  Rentals for less than one week must add 
$75.00 for departure cleaning.
