Internet. Private bath in Apartment.  Use of grounds including hot 
tub, gas BBQ and fire pit, all with breathtaking views of the Puget 
Sound, shipping lanes and city lights. Sleeps 2 adults in a queen 
size bed. Minutes away from Pt Robinson lighthouse and several other 
island beaches. Enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail 
from your own patio while watching the resident eagles soar.

Vacation Rental Rates

*High Season (May – Sept)  $100/night with 2 night minimum.  
$600/week

*Low Season (Oct – April)  $85/night with 2 night minimum.  $500/week
plus, a $25 cleaning fee.

*Holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas) $100/night with 2 night min.
