Take advantage of Fall/Winter low construction rate at my Maravilla condo!  Better rates than hotel for remodeled 2br Seawall condo facing Gulf on top floor.   You will love this tastefully decorated top floor large 2 bedroom in quiet Maravilla Resort. Master bedroom has sliding doors to 22ft balcony facing the Gulf. Lay on the queen bed and watch the flatscreen TV/DVD. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk with full mattress on bottom and twin on top, plus an extra single twin bed. Hall area has built in bunks with pillow top mattresses reading lights and privacy curtains. Fully equipped kitchen has new counter tops, under-counter lights and full size appliances. Bathrooms all remodeled. Nice laminate flooring throughout with carpeted bedrooms, no cold ceramic floors! Washer/dryer a few step down the hall. 3 pools open until 11pm, the large one is the best on the island. Also, a 3ft deep bubbling hot tub big enough for all! Beach accesses every half mile down to the west and public beach 2 miles up Seawall to the East. Balcony has lounge chairs, dinette table and chairs.  If you are looking for a family oriented atmosphere then Maravilla Resort is the place for you.  We are the last condo building on the Seawall before it drops down to the FM, away from all the hubub of the public beaches and town but only a couple miles down the Seawall to all the attractions!

 We are a retired couple living in Pennsyvania near Pittsburgh, GO STEELERS! We went to Galveston 2 years ago and fell in love with it. We really reviewed all the condos before we bought and definitely decided Maravilla Resort was the best on the island. Liked it so much, we bought 2! Its a family atmosphere, the last condo on the Seawall going West. Close to "beach access" (much better that public beaches near 61st) You will love Galveston and love our condo. I really took time to decorate and buy furniture to make is as comfortable and homey as I could. I have gotten many compliments on the decor. 

I loved the atmosphere the first time I walked around Maravilla. Everyone is so friendly. All the condos are privately owned, most people live there and only some rent out to guests. I think that is why it is so quiet and everyone is so friedly. I hated staying up by 61st, in all the hubub and noise. Our end of Seawall is so so much better... 

My favorite thing to do is sit on balcony and watch the giant pelicans. The "KINGS" of the island hang out on the tall condo building next door to us and at sundown they fly around it and glide on the breeze from the ocean. Its like they are putting on a show just for me. I have binoculars there for your use to get a good close up of these majestic creatures.   I pride myself on having the condo well stocked for my quests so they have a wonderful experience and want to come back and have had several return again and again! Infact, I have gotten to know so much about them from our emails, they seem like old friends! And, since I love making new friends, come stay at Maravilla, you won't be disappointed!
