bedroom)& 1 full bath. Completely furnished and tastefully decorated
with the tropical ambiance of the Florida Keys in mind.

This house offers all the comfort of your own house: Fully equipped
kitchen with all appliances, utensils pots and pans. Spacious living
and dining room area with TV, VCR and CD player. Bathroom is
beautiful decorated and it is located in between the two bedrooms
for all guests convenience. Front balcony faces quiet Gardenia
Street Road but with a view to US 1 Main Road. Back Balcony has
Canal view. Fish cleaning station with your own boat dockage in the
backyard.

Gas Grill, and community ramp to launch your boat, Two
beautiful parks, with sandy beach, one with pool, sports facilities
and more, shopping center, movie theater, banks withing walking
distance. Near by, Zoo, Wildlife Park, Sightseeing, Restaurants,
Kayaking, Charter Boats for Fishing, Snorkeling/Diving, Windsurfing,
Parasailing, etc. and endless list of activities.

Jan- Dec...  $2100-$2400 monthly (based on double
occupancy). Additional fee applies for extra guests.
$125.00 cleaning fee.
Security Deposit of $300.00 is required, refundable within 5 days
after check out
Our rates includes all taxes.
$300.00 upfront deposit upon reservation, remaining balance 30 days
prior to arriving. May call owner, or its representative for any
additional arragements.
Refund Policy: $300 deposit is fully refundable if cancelled within
60 days of arrival date, except $50.00 for cancellation fee. Prior to 60 days of arrival no refund
of whatever
upfront money collected. Rental Agreement must be received signed prior to arrival date.
