and dining room area with TV, VCR and CD player. Bathroom is
beautiful decorated and it is located in between the two bedrooms
for all guests convenience. Front balcony faces quiet Gardenia
Street Road but with a view to US 1 Main Road. Back Balcony has
Canal view. Fish cleaning station with your own boat dockage in the
backyard.

$300.00 upfront deposit upon reservation, remaining balance 30 days
prior to arriving. May call owner, or its representative for any
additional arragements.
Refund Policy: $300 deposit is fully refundable if cancelled within
60 days of arrival date, except $50.00 for cancellation fee. Prior to 60 days of arrival no refund of whatever upfront moneys have been collected.
