Washer/Dryer new in 2003.  Larger Master Suite w/Walk-In Closet.  
Ceiling Fans in Dining Area and Both Bedrooms.  (Sun City West is a 
55+ Community and at least one of the principals must be at least 
55). Shown By Appointment Only.
