A 200 year old Greek Revival farm house in Catkill, NY, two and one
half hours from New York City, five miles from Thruway exit 21 and
three miles from the village of Catskill.
The farm is located on 145 acres along the Kaaterskill Creek and has
3 bedrooms, two with queen size beds and one with a full size, a den with a full size futon, one full and two half baths, a living room with library, a dining room,
, an old pantry, a large eat-in country kitchen,
laundry with washer and dryer, a greenhouse, and a wonderful front
porch facing the creek.

Included are a TV, VCR, DVD, and CD player, dishwasher,
washer and dryer, microwave, coffee maker, clock radios, hair dryers,
phone for local calls, wireless internet service, all linens,
dishes, cookware, paper products, iron and ironing board, air
conditioning, an outdoor grill, fishing poles, games and
puzzles, local guides and maps, magazines and books.

Activities on property--hiking, biking, fishing and cross country
skiing.
Area activities--Woodstock, Frederick Church's Olana,
Thomas Cole House, skiing at Hunter Mountain and Windham, swimming
and hiking at North Lake, City of Hudson for antiques, Bronk Museum
and golfing.

Rates are for a maximum of 8 people
2-Night weekend - $800.
3 Night weekend - $950.
1 Week-$1400 - $1550.
1 Week including 2 weekends - $1600. ;

Add $200. for holiday weekends and weeks.

$100. cleaning fee

 
50% deposit required, plus $300 refundable security deposit, $500
security for a month.

 One week min rental June through August. Check in and out on Sunday.
Additional fee and security for pets.

Minimum age for renter is 25 years
