Waterfront delta vacation rental on Steamboat Slough at Snug Harbor  
near Rio Vista.  Perfect for large family reunion or group  
gathering.  Views of sunrise on Steamboat Slough and sunset on Snug  
Cove.  Brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bath and study or family room used as  
4th bedroom with bunk beds.  Large living room open to dining area  
and kitchen.  Vaulted ceilings and bright and airy living area.   
Dock space or covered berth available nearby.  Large Master bedroom  
and master bath with private deck.  Another private deck off family  
room, and large deck off covered porch, with view of sandy swim  
beach area. Overall there are 2 queens, 3 queen sofa beds, 8 twin  
bunks or trundles, 2 thick sleeping matts.  Air conditioned. 
Kitchen has plates, cups, utensils and glasses for at least 14.   
Also has coffee maker, full fridge with ice maker, microwave, stove  
and oven, dishwasher.  You need to bring your own pots, pans and  
linens.  Blankets and pillows are there.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Waterfront setting on Steamboat Slough.  Near many restaurants,  
shops, museum.  Quiet and peaceful location on Snug Harbor, near  
sandy swim beach.  Covered or open boat docks available for your  
water toys.  Great fishing in this area for striper, catfish,  
salmon, sturgeon, blue gill and even crawdads!  30 nearby  
restaurants to reach by boat or car so you can taste the true flavor  
of the California Delta!  Quiet family place also good for small  
church retreats or week end weddings.  Cattering available by local  
restaurants.

$300 per night to $400 per night depending on season.  Includes up  
to 14 people.  3 night minimum to book this home, except last minute  
2-night fill-in requests.  $1000 security depost also held.
