This is a Non-Smoking villa located in the exclusive Plantation Golf and Country Club and is 10 minutes from one of Florida's best beaches on the Gulf Coast. It is approx. 1800 sq feet and very spacious.
Golf membership is not included in the rental fee. However, several
beautiful public courses are within minutes of the villa.
This large single story villa offers almost 1800 square feet of living space. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 car garage, 2 bathroom unit with a den that is currently being used as a 3rd bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and lake views. The master bathroom has 2 vanities and a walk in shower with a private water closet. The living room also has lake views. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and the 3rd/den has a queen bed.
There is a nice glass enclosed lanai/florida room with Dreamscreen Doors.
