You'll be amazed with the spectacular Lake Michigan view you get
throughout the overly spacious two-story villa, which is located
right on the bluff. The sunsets are absolutely breath taking.

This beautiful villa is just steps away from our newly brick paved
and lighted path down to the private Lake Michigan Beach front.

The location is in Coloma Michigan in the Hagar Shores area. It is
between St. Joseph and South Haven. It is conveniently located about
two hours from Chicago. It is also close to Saugutuck and Holland.

The attractions are endless in all of these areas. They have great
restaurants, shopping, wine vineyards and many 18 hole golf courses.

The memories you and your family make here will be forever. You will
enjoy this year round facility so much, you will definitely be back
for more.

You'll be pleased to see all that our spacious two story villa has to
offer. It is great for you and your family, as well as a multi-
family use.

There are 3 very large bedrooms that have a queen size bed in each.
There is also a very large loft that has 2 twin beds. All of the
rooms are large enough to accommodate a child's pac-n-play or
bassinet if necessary. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors
that lead out to the deck and the two upstairs bedrooms have a walk-
out balcony with a lake view.

There are 3 full bathrooms to fit all your needs.

Air conditioning throughout the villa is very comforting on those hot
days and nights.

The very spaciouse living room is open to the dining area and
kitchen. It is a great area to spend time and also has many windows
and sliding glass doors that lead to the deck over looking the lake.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dish washer and
microwave oven for your convenience.

There is also a small common room inside the building which includes
an area with a washer and dryer for your use.

One of the great attributes to our villa is the large corner deck
that has a full patio set. The view of the lake and the sunsets to
be seen are absolutely breath taking.

Pottawattamie Resorts is a very relaxing and enjoyable place to
stay. There are so many activities for all ages to enjoy!

The endless beach fun on the private Lake Michigan beach front is
just the beginning. You can also enjoy time at the in-ground pool
located just yards away from the villa.

Shuffle board, pic-nic areas and paths for enjoyable walks are also
available.

The fire pits conveniently located on the grounds are great for
bonfires on those cooler nights.

Weekly- $500 (off season) $2,800.00 (Prime Season)
Nightly-$75(off season) $400.00 (Prime season)

These are our rates for the Summer rentals. Rates vary depending on
the time of year. Please keep in mind we like to accomodate all of
our guests,therefore, if you have any special requests for any days,
please let us know. We have special rates for week days and monthly
rentals.
