Vacation Rental Description

     Really Special Oceanfront Condo in Amelia Island.  Our Condo is 
located 1/2 mile north of the Ritz Carlton and is surrounded by a 
public park, Summer Beach Golf Course and 5 minutes from Old Town 
Fernandina Beach.  
     Our non-smoking oceanfront condo has beautiful views of the 
ocean and ocean front patios on two floors. The unit is steps away 
from the beach and backs up to a swimming pool, it has all the 
amenities needed for a relaxing and memorable vacation. 
     The first floor features, modern kitchen, dining room, living 
room and oceanfront deck the second floor features ocean front 
master bedroom with deck and private bath and a 2nd bedroom which 
overlooks pool and golf course and shares a hall bath the third 
floor features an oversized bedroom that overlooks the ocean and 
golf course.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Ocean front, pool, cable tv, washer/dryer, covered garage, storage 
room with grill, boogie boards, beach chairs and beach toys, kitchen 
equipped, linens, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1king, 2 queens, 2 
twins, 1 small daybed.  

Activities and Attractions

Amelia Island activities include, golf, tennis, shopping, dining, 
sightseeing, horseback riding, fishing charters, sailing charters, 
bike, surfboard, scooter and bike rentals, parasailing.  

Jacksonville home of the Jaguars Football Team played at the 
Jacksonville Municipal Stadium host of the SuperBowl 2005,
Florida/Georgia, ACC Championship and Gator Bowl is
45 minutes from the condo.
A great rental for upcoming games!
