$2100-$2600/wk
$300-$375 per night/4 night minimum
10.5% city room tax will apply to rental rate.
$500.00 security deposit to hold reservation.
$150.00 cleaning fee deducted from deposit.
Rent and tax due 60 days prior to arrival.
