Vacation Rental Description

Just a short 9 miles away from Walt Disney World, our villa is 
located on US Highway 27, One mile north from US Highway 192 with 
GREAT restaurants, theme parks, and shopping center. Superwarmart 
with grocery dept. is within 3 munutes drive and opens 24/7.

The screened lanai with super sized private-facing pool (30' X 15') 
and spa surrounded by mature trees in the backyard with Electronic 
BBQ and game room are a great place to unwind at the end of a busy 
day. 

This home was custom decorated by the owners. Furnished to a high 
standard, it features five bedrooms with double master suites, 1 
king bed,2 Queen Beds, 4 Twin Beds, 1 Sofa Bed. All bedrooms have 
linen, towels, hangers, and blankets. You can find extra linen, 
blankets, and towels in the hallway closet. Laundry facilities (a 
washer & separate dryer) can be found in the utility area at the 
back of the garage.  Baby Equipment is available at no extra charge.

The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge/freezer with ice-maker, range 
cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. 

High speed internet acess and domestic call are installed free for 
guests use.

location. It is right down the street from the grocery store. A 
super Walmart is only a little further down the road. We thoroughly 
enjoyed using the house and on our last night we were visited by an

Our villa is perfectly situated for all the theme parks and other 
major attractions within Central Florida. Disney World, Universal 
Studios, Sea World, Islands of Adventure, International Drive and 
many other attractions too numerous to mention within the Orlando 
area are all only a short drive away. There are also many shopping 
opportunities within easy reach with a number of large shopping 
malls and designer outlet stores in the vicinity.

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly: $699 - $12999  Daily: $99 - $199

13% sales tax will apply unless specical deal. Pool heat is optional 
at $25/day or $150/week.

A cleaning charge of $85 might be required for bookings of 7 nights 
or less.
