This 1800 Sq. Ft. villa has 5 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom with an oversized pool & spa, conveniently located in the community of Silver Creek, Clermont, cross section of east 192 and north 27 , just 9 miles to the main gate of Disney World. The screened lanai with super sized private-facing pool (30' X 15') and spa surrounded in the backyard with Grill BBQ are a great place to unwind at the end of a busy day.
Our home is luxuriously furnished and beautifully decorated by the professional interior designer. The villa has two master en-suites with king and queen size bed and its own large private bathroom, one queen bed room, two guest rooms with twin beds, and a queen size sofa sleeper. It comfortably sleeps up to 12 people.
Both the pool and spa can be optionally heated. The lanai is fully screened to keep the bugs out while allowing the sunshine to come in. The pool also comes fitted with a child safety fence and gate.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an open bar, a beautiful separated dinning and a breakfast table. Phones, Cable TVs, a DVD, radio/CD player, Washer and dryer, Bed linen and towels are provided. High chair, crib, and stroller are also available. Electronic BBQ grill is free of use. The local and domestic long distance phone call is free.
The villa is managed by a professional local management company with a 24/7 emergency telephone number.

many other attractions too numerous to mention within the Orlando

opportunities within easy reach with a number of large shopping
malls and designer outlet stores in the vicinity.
