Downstairs features a queen bed, a double bed and two twin beds in three large sized rooms.  One full bathroom and one washroom complete this unit with a great outside shower for a quick rinse after the beach.

Upstairs features a queen bed, double bed and twin beds two full bathrooms. Both units include two parking places
(upstairs has parking inside garage, downstairs has outdoor parking).
These units can be rented simultaneously to accommodate larger
families.

Each unit: Three bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, one with a
double bed, one with two twin beds; fullyu loaded kitchen; washer and dryers beach towels and chairs; sand toys for the little ones; bicycles; outdoor hot and cold shower; patio dining area with BBQ. Upstairs: private deck with outdoor
dining area. Volleyball courts are steps away from the house and there are always picl up games for tons of fun on the beach!

The ocean and bay are steps from this duplex, offering easy access to
swimming, surfing, skating, biking, jogging, or kayaking. The Belmont
Amusement Park is a short stroll down the boardwalk. SeaWorld is five
minutes away, and Balboa Park, the Cabrillo National Monument, the
Birch Aquarium, Old Town, the National League Padres Petco Park and
the downtown Gaslamp Quarter are all within a 1/2 hour drive. San
Diego offers abundant choices to enhance your vacation!

Upstairs Unit Dates Available:
June 5-August 28: $2,500.00/week-$2,800/week (Saturday to Saturday)
or $375.00 a night (four night minimum)

Downstairs Unit Dates Available:
June 5-August 28: $2,100.00/week-$2,400.00/week (Saturday to Saturday)
or $300.00/night (four night minimum)

Full payment due four weeks prior to arrival date. 10.5% TOT tax will
be added to weekly or nightly rate. No TOT tax charged for rentals of
four weeks or more. $400.00 refundable security deposit required for
reservation. $120.00 Departure Maid Service Fee deducted from deposit
refund.

Rent Both Units:
June 5-August 28: $4,500.00/week (Saturday to Saturday)

No nightly rate available. Full payment due four weeks prior to
arrival date. 10.5% TOT tax will be added to weekly rate. No TOT tax
charged for rentals of four weeks or more. $600.00 refundable
security deposit required for reservation. $200.00 Departure Maid
Service Fee deducted from deposit refund.
