Elegant apartment in the heart of chic Quarter Montcalm in Quebec City

Nestled in the chic Quarter Montcalm of Quebec City,this really nice
fully equipped apartment offers many accomodations. Very central, it
is located half way(less than 2km), between Laval University on West
and on East the popular Cartier street, the Plains of Abraham, Quebec Museum,
Grande Allee Avenue, where you will find residences of ancient
Premiers and many restaurants with terraces and a little walk from Old Quebec.  
Also, at a few minutes walking:grocery,pharmacy,video club,YWCA, indoor pool, free
tennis courts, playground, ice skating, public library, schools, bus circuits,
hospitals, churches,
snack-bars, convenient stores, gas station etc..., and at less than
25 minutes from most popular ski stations: Stoneham and Mont Ste-
Anne.

The apartment is large,it is located at the second floor of a
building counting six apartments. There is one bedroom with a queen
bed,a double sofa bed,a large balcony with patio furniture, cable, a
kitchen fully equipped, diner room, a living room and a study.
Linens,free laundry and a parking are also included.
PETS OR SMOKERS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Vacation rental rates:1150,00$USD/CAD per week and 3 500,00$USD/CAD per month.

Daily rates are available for at least 2 consecutive days and rates
for long period can be negociated.

1150,00$USD/CAD per week. 2 days: 225,00$USD/CAD per day, 3 days: 190,00$USD/CAD per day, 4-5 days:180,00$ USD/CAD per day, 6 days: 165,00$USD/CAD. 7,00$ per day for an additional person,

Except: December 21-2011 to January 8- 2012: 1 250,00$USD/CAD per week, 200,00$USD/CAD per day 5 days minimum.
A security deposit of 200,00$USD/CAD refundable after inspection, is
required and an amount of 75,00$USD/CAD will be charged if cleaning is not done as required.
