Fabulous New Listing, a tropical paradise! Sleeps 2-5, with one 
master BR with queen bed and two queen sleeper sofa's in the living 
area. Great for a family & children.

Unit is on the second floor, 800 sq. ft., with small deck around two 
sides on the unit. Views of the Atlantic ocean from the deck and 
living room. Pool is next to the condo, so you can cool off after a 
long day at the beach. Across the street from public beach access, 
just about a minutes walk from your door to the beach!

Kitchen is complete with everything you will need from pots and pans 
to plates,cups & silverware.

Huge Closet with room for anything you bring and lots of dresser 
storage.

No Smoking.

Price includes all taxes & usage fees

Saturday - Saturday Check-In @ 3pm, Check-Out @ 11am.

$200.00 Refundable deposit to reserve your week.

$50.00 Cleaning Fee
