Entire Estate: 
Peak: $15,000/month.  Low:(Sept.) $13,500/month, ($3,000 refundable security deposit)   
Peak: $5,500/week.  Low:(Sept.)$5,000/week , ($2,000 refundable security deposit) 
*Rates include all taxes   Extra nights: Peak:$775.00. Low:$700.00 each 
A $375.00 cleaning fee is deducted from your security deposit. 
Week of Christmas add $500.00 to rate. 
 
Sorry, no children under the age of twelve. (Rare exceptions require
