Tiki Palms Ocean Condo
Beautiful Condo on nine acre gated property with tropical 
landscaping. Unit has great furnishings that give you a warm, 
welcome feeling. Ceramic tile and carpet throughout the unit. Great 
screened lanai with beautiful views to relax and take in. Unit has 
its own washer and dryer. This is the unit you will want to call 
home for your vacation or winter rest! Complex has great tennis 
courts as well as private docks and much much more! One of the 
largest heated Condo swimming pools on the island. The long steps 
and shallow area are ideal for small children. Two large Jacuzzi 
tubs and a large brick paver deck area enhance the pool. The 
spacious, well-appointed clubhouse is available for personal use and 
is great for eating after using the common bar-b-que grilling area. 
The clubhouse also has a 30-seat private theatre... great to view 
DVDs, videos and cable TV sporting events. The two shuffleboard 
courts with equipment and the bocce ball court with equipment make 
it seem resort-like.
