Booking and Deposit Policy
- All bookings require 50% down to secure the requested time period.
- Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- Bookings fewer than 60 days from arrival require payment in full.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
-90 days or more from arrival - 100% of deposit.
-60 to 90 days from arrival 50% of deposit.
-0-60 days from arrival - no refund.
