Vacation Rental Description

This delightful condo is designed for a couple who desire a romantic  
getaway or a couple with a small child.  It has been totally  
renovated and has a view that is amazing.  You can awake in your bed  
to watch the sunrise over the ocean and follow the dolphins  
swimming.  Lay in bed and listen to the waves crashing below.  The  
condo has a full kitchen and you can even spend time on the pool deck  
below and enjoy a meal or drinks at the Tiki Bar. In the evening you  
may spend time on the open balcony with a drink to enjoying your  
oceanfront accomodations.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Golden Sands has everything a guest would want to enjoy with out  
leaving the building.  It is conveniently located on 109th Street  
Coastal Highway with indoor, outdoor and children's wading pools.   
A very large oceanfront recreation deck with a beach bar and grill,  
sandwich shop, convience store and gift shop.  For the active guest  
you can enjoy playing tennis, paddleball and shuffleboard with the  
ocean to invigorate you.  A private beach with lounge chairs,  
umbrellas and even a volleyball area.  On the 22nd floor with views  
of both the ocean and bay you will find our indoor pool and a full  
exercise room with Nautilus equipment and a game room.  The locker  
rooms even have large saunas for your enjoyment. (Tiki bar, outdoor  
pool, etc. are not available during the off-season) 
 
Unit 1509 is equiped with Air Conditioning, Cable TV, DVD and VCR,  
one double bed and queen size sleeper sofa, Full kitchen and small  
dining area all with views of the ocean, microwave, toaster, coffee  
pot, dishwasher, telephone and ceiling fan.  WIFI available.

Activities and Attractions

With all of the above activities listed you may never want to leave  
the Golden Sands, but if you do, you will love Ocean City.  If you  
choose to travel without taking your car you can enjoy our bus system  
that allows safe travel to the boardwalk or the many restaurants and  
fun nightlife that our town has to offer.  The Ocean City Boardwalk  
has won many awards as one of the top attractions in the U.S.  Other  
activities to enjoy in Ocean City are spectacular surf and ocean  
fishing, surfing, and great seafood (don't forget to have our blue  
crabs for a wonderful treat).  Ocean City is a family resort with  
many attractions for the little and big kids in all of us.

This beautiful oceanfront condo rents in mini-week segments.  Friday to Monday and  
Monday to Friday.  June, July and August Friday to Monday segments are available  
from $575 to $675.  Monday to Friday segments are available from $575 to $695.   
Holiday weekends available at a slight increase.  Spring and Fall rates drop   
for both segments.  SUNFEST WEEKEND is still available September 18-21 at $375!!! 
Weekly rates are also available.  Spring and Fall rates are weekends $300  
(Friday to Monday) and weekdays (Monday to Friday) $325.  During the off season  
combinations of days can be altered with a minimum of 2 nights.  Call or email with  
your requests.  There is a non-refundable registration fee ($30) due at check-in.   
We love pets but unfortunately cannot have them as guests in our condo.  NO SMOKING PLEASE.
