From the privacy of your own screened porch, enjoy the view and listen to the babbling brook at one of our Branson vacation condo rentals.  Pamper yourselves in comfort while staying at our Brookside Getaway in this walk-in condo at Meadow Brook Resort.  Both bedrooms have a king bed, ceiling fan, walk in closets, TV and adjoining bath.  It is like having 2 master bedrooms.  You'll have a living room, separate dining room, fully stocked kitchen with the comforts of home.  If you need more space, check out our Brookside Retreat (#72265) right next door in the same building.  It is a mirror image of this condo so now you'll have room for your family and friends.  

Shower Stall & Jetted Tub
The guest bath is single vanity bathroom with a step in shower. No tub to step over!  The master bath features a dual vanity separate from the bath area. A luxury waterfall jetted tub and shower highlight the private master bath.

Comforts of home & more
The screened porch has brook side seating for 6.  In addition to the tranquil brook, you also have a view of one of the pools. This fully furnished unit has a queen sized sofa sleeper, 2 gliding rocker recliners, gliding rocker, 2 king beds, 3 TV's, 2 DVD players, 3 VCR players, 5 ceiling fans, linens & dishes.  The washer/dryer unit and Wi Fi are in the condo. No need to go to another building.  We furnish luxurious Egyptian cotton bath towels.  (Private sleeping 4; total 6.)  

Family Friendly
The 4 R's. Rest, Rock, Refresh and Relax! Rock in a choice of 2 rocker recliners, a gliding rocker or the porch's rocking glider. Two pool selections plus a toddler wading pool. Take a stroll on the beautiful grounds, go to the playground or relax in the shared hot tub. The condo has a video library and magazines. Also convenience... a pantry with plenty of room for your groceries. Safety... no door from the porch to brook.   Want to bring your friends along?  We've added our 2nd condo next door for fun with your friends.

Close to the fun but away from the noise and congestion.   Only 2.7 miles south of the strip; nestled between Pointe Royale and Wyndham Meadows in SW Branson MO.  Located on a low traffic street with parking in front.
