appliances, custom cabinetry, and all the supplies needed to prepare any meal. Just off to 
the side is a wonderful television seating area, plus warm & glowing gas fireplace just one 
of many in this home.
The dining room offers a grand table with seating for 10 , plus additional seating at the 
kitchen island  TV room off kitchen. The living room is just off to the left of the dining 
room & seating area where you can enjoy another gas fireplace and the spectacular views.
Office located down the hall with a sleeper sofa and a 1/2 bath just down the hall.
The master suite is also on this floor, king bed, great master bath & door leading to the 
deck outside to enjoy the fresh air of the mountains.
The lower level offers a fantastic game room with pool table, flat screen TV, fireplace, card 
table and wet bar.
Located on this level, 3 bedrooms with queen beds, private baths & laundry room.
Upper level loft sitting area with table, bedroom for kids 2 full size beds, second bedroom 
queen bed, all have private baths.
