Come stay in this lovely 3 bedroom / 2 bath house in the Wallenpaupack Lake Estates community in Lake Ariel, PA. House is 2 hours from Philadelphia and New York City. This is the most desirable community in the lake region with direct access to Lake Wallenpaupack, as well as many other wonderful features.

Relax in this lovely house, you'll feel right at home.  Boasts an over-sized whirlpool tub located in the master bedroom. Sit out on the private back deck on cool nights by the warmth of the wood burning chiminea. Settle in by the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace.  House also has side balcony only accessible from master bedroom.  A great area to relax in private.

This Wallenpaupack Lake region is great for a family vacation and the perfect value for your dollar in these tough economic times.

Fall is breathtaking with horseback rides, hikes, walks, boat and bike rides amidst the spectacular foilage.  Beaches are still warm enough to relax on.  Adjacent to the swimming areas on the beach is great fishing, especially in fall.  We've caught many nice size pikerel, catfish, bass and sunfish.  We have the pics to prove it!  Watch college or pro football in front of the fireplace with complimentary firewood.

In Winter, ski many of the resorts closeby.  In Fall, Winter and Spring enjoy a long swim in the HEATED indoor community pool (83 degrees!), then sweat it out in the sauna afterwards.  Lots of other unique, fun and reasonable fall/winter type events.

Summer is prime with 2 heated outdoor community pools, 2 private lakes with sandy beaches, private access to the Big Lake, tennis courts, great fishing and other quality amenities.

Upon your reservation you will be provided a brochure detailing all Pocono activities to truly plan your vacation. With most rentals you are own your own finding activities but not with us!

Early Summer (May 21 – June 14)

• Weekends $500 for any 3 days 2 nights

• $75 each additional night

Summer (June 15 - Sept 9)

• Weekends $650 for any 3 days 2 nights 
• Weekly $1,450 for any 8 days 7 nights
• $150 each additional night

Late Summer (Sept 10 - Sept 25)

• Weekends $500 for any 3 days 2 nights 
• Weekly $850 for any 8 days 7 nights
• $100 each additional night

Fall/Winter(Sept 26-March31) excluding holidays and holiday weekends

• Weekends $450 for any 3 days 2 nights 
• Weekly $700 for any 8 days 7 nights
• $90 each additional night

-25% down payment required to hold reservation in most cases

-Credit cards accepted through Paypal (add 3.5% convenience fee)

$300 Security Deposit required with any stay (includes cleaning deposit of $100 refundable if house is left in clean condition). Cost of any repairs required after checkout caused by a guest or friend of a guest will be deducted from Security Deposit.  An automatic $200 is deducted from the security deposit if evidence of smoking inside residence is found (we mean it!).  Returned in 10 business days.
