POLICIES

Rentals

Run weekly in the summer from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is at 3
pm and check-out at 10 am.

Full payment of verified funds must be made on or before arrival.
Rates reflect a 3% discount for cash, cashiers check, or money order.
MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover accepted. Personal
checks will only be accepted if received 30 days prior to arrival
date.

DEPOSITS

A deposit of $500 is required to secure selected dates. A 10.5%
Transient Occupancy Tax is required by the City of San Diego for
rentals of less than one month. Credit
card required for Security Deposit.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

All deposits are refunded if we receive notification of your
cancellation at least 30 days prior to your arrival date, less a $100
handling fee and credit card processing fees, if applicable. If
notice is received less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, a
refund will be made only if the unit is re-rented. Non-payment or
Insufficient Funds are regarded as cancellations. Refunds will be
based on the percent of your reserved stay that is re-rented.
