rate! $300 damagesecurity deposit, $75 non-refundable cleaning fee! 50%
down required to reserve dates. Balance due 2 Week before time of arrival. If
cancellation is needed,2 week notice must be given prior to arrival,
for 100% return. If less then 2 weeks notice, 1/2 of deposit will be
returned. Please call for special prices and or terms!Special weeks require payment due within one
month of arrival!
