Book early.  Come relax on the beach or by the pool.  Enjoy all the activity and excitement that Wildwood has to offer then return to a little piece of tranquility in a private gated family community.

We are a family community. No rentals to groups under 25 years of age.

There is 24 hour video surveillance of the common
areas of the property for your safety and peace of mind. The meandering walking paths , the
handicap accessable pool in the center courtyard with grills and tables, the Japanese fountains, and the
outdoor shower all give this community a very unique resort atmosphere.
We are close to all the major attractions and only three blocks to the beach and boardwalk as well
as within walking distance to the Convention Center. There are plenty of great restaurants just a short walk outside the gates.
You can see the fireworks from the back bedroom every Friday night during the summer or the kids can
watch the ferris
wheel from their beds and dream of all the fun at the boardwalk.

Our home will be freshly painted over the winter to make your stay more enjoyable.  The home has a two car garage for your safety and convenience.. We are on the second
floor so we have the best veiw of the courtyard and the pool. We get a great ocean breeze through
the flat and have ceiling fans in two bedrooms and in the living room so we seldom need the air
conditioner. The living room and dining room are open and airy. The kitchen is fully equipped with
a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot, blender, large corn or crab pot. The dining table
seats six and the counter holds four more. The two sets of sliding glass doors open to a large deck
which has a table and 6 more chairs. Down the hall is a laundry area with your own washer and
dryer. The first bedroom has twin beds. The next bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is a full
hall bathroom with a tub. The master bathroom has a queen bed and its own full bath.

We provide cable TV service as well as wireless internet capability.  Flatscreen TV in the living room with DVD player.  Master bedroom has a TV with DVD and the third bedroom also comes with a TV with VCR. 

We even furnish you with 2 boogie boards , sand shovels and pails for the kids. 
This a new rental and is non smoking.

Inside: Lots of relaxing. Swimming, walking, barbquing, socializing, more relaxing.
Outside the gates: A little of everything. Free Beaches, world famous boardwalk , Cape May. free
Cape May County Zoo, great restaurants, Convention Center activities, bike riding, fishing, boating,
shopping. Atlantic City nightlife and casinos are only a half hour away.
