bed/2bath on 2nd floor and nice open living/kitchen area downstairs with 1/2 bath.
2 small balconies on each floor to enjoy nice beautiful weather in 
South Texas.  Walking distance to the beach.  This unit rented solely via owner.
Strictly Non Smoking Unit.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Equipped with everything you need. Downstairs kitchen, sofa sleeper, 
love seat, lounger, bar stools, dining room table, T.V./vcr/dvd, cable, 1/2 bath.
Upstairs master bedroom with queen size bed, T.V. & Bath, 2nd 
bedroom with 2 twin beds and bath. Tiled floors downstairs and 
carpet upstairs. Air conditioning/Heating. Just walking distance to beach or enjoy the private 
pool on the complex.

Kitchen appliances include: stove, dishwasher, microwave, 
refrigerator, blender, all kitchen dishware, cookware, etc. all 
included. 

Activities and Attractions

Boating,Fishing,Kayaking,surfing,sailing,swimming,wind 
surfing,parasailing,snorkeling,biking,golfing,sunbathing to name a 
few.
Also, Shopping galore, Restaurants, Bird Watching Center, 
Schlitterbaun Beach Park, and Mexico just 28 miles away.
