If you are looking for the most tranquil, peaceful, peaceful and
relaxing time away, the Bella Costa comunity, with its crown jewel
Building C overlooking the quiet main waterway of Venice.
Incredible intercoastal 2nd floor water-way view from Master Bed,
Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and even as you enter the front
door. The boats slowly coast by casually in a full quiet peaceful
no wake zone. Its a moving portrait of serenity.
The Living/Dining Area, Master Bedroom and Master Bath were remodeled in the summer
of 2007
All furniture is tasteful and new as of Jan 2007.
The unit has been be fully tiled and repainted this summer.
We are long time residents, local owners living just a mile away at
your disposal who can offer advice and guidance to your experience
here and respond immediately to your needs.
We must stress this is an adult community, extremely clean and quiet
and respectful.
We only accept mature non-smoking renters as we want to keep our
property nice and are truly hoping for repeat guests.
Bella Costa Condominiums are a a very quiet community with a
residency of virtually all over 55 age residents. Skateboards,
loud night-time parties are not allowed.
We would not reccommend this as a vacation home for families with
children. But you will of course see grandchildren come down for
visiting. And if u are lucky enough to have grand children they will
of course be welcome to visit.
You will notice many of your quiet friendly neighbors with thier
doors wide open during the day and thier rear screened doors open to
allow the pleasent breeze off the intercoastal waterway.
This is the quiet tranquil Island community of florida. Possibly one
of the safest cities in the united States.
