This 4 bedroom ocean front condo is sure to please you & your
family. The condo has been renovated recently to reflect a modern
beachy feel. Kitchen is well equipped, the unit has a laundry room,
beach towels - all for your convenience & enjoyment. The
condo is multi-level with the laundry area at the landing, then down
about 6 steps & you'll be at the main living area, dining &
kitchen. Down a few more stairs & you'll have two bedrooms ohe
with twin beds, one with a twin, a full and a twin trundle & a full bath on this floor. Down a few more stairs
and you'll be at the "king" level with two king suites each with
full bath & extra closet space.

The inviting pool that sits between the condo and Atantic Ocean is a
wonderful place to relax & unwind. There are many chairs for
lounging, a bathroom facility, a water fountain, two areas to wash
the sand off of your feet, chairs, etc. There is also a charcoal grilling area out near the pool for your cooking convenience. The boardwalk continues
from the pool down to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean with miles of
sandy beaches for your walking pleasure. You're sure to find sharks
teeth & fancy shells. There are walking trails, ponds to fish in and
canopies of oak trees that abound throughout the Plantation. Bike rentals that will pick up and deliver at your location - call me for these details so you can plan ahead!
