New contruction condo
Its a great family oriented and quite area, magnificent bay views
from the L/R balcony and masterbedroom as well as the fireworks
looking north from the front balcony. Our condo offers all the
ameneities from home with that vacation feeling, enjoy a relaxing
vacation with little effort. We are located right on the bay on Burk
ave.

Vacation Rental Amenities
3bedroom- 2 bath (tiled baths), kitchen granite counter-tops,with
stainless steel appliances. Dining room table that seats 6-10 people
Private storage room in garage, 2queens, 2double 1 queen sofa bed.
Laundry room with washer/dryer. Vacuum, Iron,Hair dryer,
Large kitchen with dish washer, micro wave, and all kitchen
amenities including, coffee maker, blender, etc. Ceiling fans,
Centrtal a/c, 2 car garage, off street parking. Large private
balcony entered from L/R 1 TV 1DVD. Items to bring: /towels. (Linens
and pillows are supplied.)

Activities and Attractions:
Take the trolley bus right to the boardwalk!
Wildwood Boardwalk is just one mile with a vast array of rides
and water parks.
Within a half mile is a national wildlife refuge
Wildwood Crest has a great bicycle path that takes you up to the
Wildwood Boardwalk
Nearby bicycle rentals
Cape May County Zoo is about 15 minutes away and has wonderful
exhibits as well as beautiful flowers. (It is also free.)
Wetlands Environmental Center, also about 15 minutes away, has
great tours and programs for children.
There are also concerts and special exhibits.
Atlantic City is 30 minutes away with bus service available
locally
Our vacation rental is a short 6 1/2 block walk to the beach where
you will enjoy the best beach in New Jersey. No beach tags
required. Surfing and boogie boarding are favorite activities.

Weekends in October $350.00 a night (Two night minimum)
Rentals run Saturday to Saturday
Check in is 3:00p.m.
Checkout is 11:00 a.m.

Deposits to be returned within 30 days of departure providing
condo has been returned in the condition that you received it in.

Deposit required at time of reservation in order to reserve your
weeks.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: After reserving, deposit will only be
refunded providing the week can be re-rented at the same rate.
All cancellations require a (7)day notice to receive full refund.
