Spectacular view from porch ** close to beach and pool ** in Kiawah Island

Enjoy spectacular sunsets over the Kiawah River and marsh from the
screened porch of this single family cottage. We call it "Dolphin
Watch," because from the porch and deck, you can watch bottle-nose
dolphins in the river. Two of the three bedrooms and the living room
also have this breathtaking view. A five minute walk takes you to the
Atlantic Ocean and a 10-mile long unspoiled white sand beach. The
house is located in a gated community, Inlet Cove, which has a large
private swimming pool, boat dock and cookout area.
The 1350 square foot air conditioned cottage has been recently
remodeled. The kitchen has all of the modern conveniences, including
a new glass-top range, microwave, refrigerator with ice-maker,
dishwasher, disposal, and washer/dryer. You will enjoy wireless high
speed internet and two flat paneled televisions. Two bedrooms have
queen sized beds and one has two twin sized beds. The screened porch
has two ceiling fans and is a wonderful place to relax with your
coffee and morning paper, dine by candle light or enjoy an evening
cocktail after a day in the sun. These pictures do not do justice to

30 miles of wooded bike paths on the island.

**Two flat paneled TVs with cable plus 2 DVD players.
The cottage comes with all linens, including towels, sheets, blankets,
pillows, potholders, bath mats, etc. The kitchen is equipped with
dishes and cutlery, as well as pots and pans. Starter sets of paper
towels, bathroom soap, dish washing liquid, and laundry detergent are
also provided.

top ten beaches for families. Kiawah ranked #2 in Conde Naste
Traveler's Reader's Choice Poll of Top North American Islands to visit
and Travel and Leisure Family called it the #1 Family Resort in the
East and Southeast. The island offers five world class golf courses
and the best tennis resort in the nation. No wonder it is a favorite
among families and vacationing friends.
From our community dock, you can fish, catch crabs, or launch your
kayak on the river. Kiawah Island is free of commercial activity and
has a strong commitment to conservation. Wildlife is abundant. You
will see herons,pelicans, and egrets, as well as bald eagles, ospreys,
alligators and great horned owls. If you are really lucky, you might
catch a glimpse of a reclusive bob cat or see traces of the famous
loggerhead sea turtles that nest in the sand dunes.
While the atmosphere in this semi-tropical paradise is serene, you are
only a few minutes from excellent shopping and dining and only a 30
minute drive to the charming and historic city of Charleston, South
Carolina. There you will find old world architecture along with
wonderful restaurants, shops, museums, plantation homes and an excellent
aquarium.
