Our unit is exceptionally clean, thoroughly maintained, and  
attractively decorated. 
 
We are only 0.5 miles from the heart of Kissimmee yet our condo is  
located in a secluded wooded location with a private pond. 
 
From our condo it is only 5 minutes to Walt Disney World, 10 minutes  
to SeaWorld, and 15 minutes to Universal Studios. 
 
We also provide a pack away playpen and high chair for your  
convenience.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Cookware, plates, utensils, all kitchen appliances, ice maker,  
DVD/VCR, TV in every bedroom, stereo, telephone, washer/dryer,  
linens, pack away playpen, highchair, air conditioning, dinning  
room, balcony, free wireless internet access, sauna, video library,

Tennis and volleyball are right on the complex. We are located near  
the heart of Kissimmee where there are virtually limitless  
activities for you to choose from.

Add 13% Florida tax. Under 5 nights Cleaning Fee - $50 (Convert)

$150 per Rental Week RESERVES your dates. 
 
Balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. 
 
Cancellation fee is $50 prior to final payment, $150 after final  
payment, and is applied towards your next reservation 
 
Pricing does not include Holiday periods or Daytona week (Call for  
pricing).
