Vacation Rental Description

    This cozy home is located within 1/2 mile from one of the most 
beautiful private beaches on the east coast (see photo). It is also 
located within a 7 minute drive to Ditch Plains, the "Surfers" 
beach, and a 12 minute drive to the fishing dock where there are 
many charter boats & some of the "best fishing on the East Coast". 
The town of Montauk has many restaurants as well as shops, mini-
golf, a movie theatre, hiking and bike trails, horseback riding, 
Montauk Downs Golf Club, kayaking, sailing, windsurfing, surfing, a 
ferry to Block Island, and of coarse the Montauk Point Light House.

Vacation Rental Amenities

   This home is a "warm" and peaceful place for relaxing. The main 
floor has a living room w/ mahogany raised paneling and a large 
screen TV, (VCR and DVD player), french doors out to the deck, an 
eat-in kitchen w/ a micro, dishwasher, a large breakfast nook (seats 
6-8) and a counter with 3 bar stools.  There is a second set of
french doors that open onto the front deck.  This floor has 2 
bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed, a tray ceiling w/ fan, 
walk-in closet and french doors out to the back yard.  The kids room 
has a bunk bed and a single bed.  There is also a 1/2 bath on this 
floor.
    The second floor has a loft area w/ a couch that pulls out to 
a queen size bed w/ a fan overhead, a TV/DVD player and stereo.  On 
this floor is also a full size bath, pool table, chess/backgammon 
table, dart board, and french doors which open out to a deck w/ a 7 
person Jacuzzi/hot tub.
    The home has a large front deck w/ grill, table/umbrella and 6 
chairs and a shaded area w/2 loungers, there is a second story deck 
(mentioned prior) as well as a side patio w/ large outdoor shower.  
A washer and dryer is located in the basement.
    There are no pets allowed nor is smoking permitted in the house.

One week rents for $2700   
Three night minimum @ $400/night
MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND May 23-May 26 (3 nights) rents for $1600
June 16 - July 18, 2008  
One week rents for $3500
July 19 - August 24, 2008  One week rents for $5000
LABOR DAY WEEK August 24 - Sept. 1, 2008 One week rents for $6000
LABOR DAY WEEKEND Aug. 29-Sept. 1, 2008 rents for $3000 
Weeks in September rent for $2625, October rent for $2275
3-day weekends in September rent for $1200, October rent for $1050 accept Columbus Day Weekend rents 
for $1500
There is an additional $150 cleaning charge for ALL rental times and a $1000 security deposit req'd.
