“Ocotillo Golf Club Course Review”

The drive up to the clubhouse is a foreshadowing of the round that 
awaits you. The signature hole is showcased on the right side as you 
enter the clubhouse. Sparkling water runs along the entire left side 
of the emerald fairway as gigantic greenside cascading waterfalls 
feed it. 

Managed by Troon Golf, Ocotillo Golf Resort adheres to the highest

Vacation Rental Amenities

The house is fully furnished with AC, gas furnace, fireplace and a 
king bed in the master, one queen and a full bed.  Appliances 
include a refrigerator, oven with cook top, dishwasher, garbage 
disposal, microwave, coffee maker, blender and washer/dryer.   The 
house includes two televisions with cable and DVD players, BBQ 
grill, CD/DVD player with surround sound and AM/FM stereo. 

Home includes spacious dining room and living room.  Kitchen has 
brand new appliances, beautiful marble countertops and includes an 
island along with tons of cabinet space. Living room has a wonderful 
fireplace for those chilly Arizona nights. Enjoy the surround sound 
while watching the plasma flat screen. Restroom located downstairs 
across from the washroom. Upstairs includes spacious open loft area 
with balcony to enjoy the handsome sunset off of the lake in the 
evenings, or kick back in the loft area to read, catch up on email 
or watch a movie. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, one on each side of 
loft area. Upstairs restroom has “His and Hers” sinks. Master 
bedroom is upstairs and immense in size and has a seated windowpane. 
Includes a stunning,enormous bathroom with a separate shower, “His 
and Hers” sinks, marble counter tops, private toilet and massive 
walk-in closet. Each room includes a ceiling fan, with separate 
floor thermostats. Back yard has private pool that is NOT heated and 
trail that leads to the lake where you can feed the ducks, or go 
fishing. Grass landscaping provides true outdoor experience and 
splendor. 

Of course, all utensils, china, glassware, and linens are included.  
Just bring your golf clubs, fishing rods and suntan lotion to 
complete your stay!

Activities and Attractions

The Phoenix area enjoys mild, warm days - even in winter - that 
enable year-round outdoors activities.   Golfing, hiking, swimming, 
walking and bicycling opportunities are abundant.  Ocotillo is close 
to the San Tan mountains and all the parks, shopping, museums, 
theatres, restaurants and sporting events of Chandler and the 
greater Phoenix area.   It is also within minutes of the Springfield 
Lakes, Bear Creek, Trilogy and  Ocotillo golf courses.   A short 
drive takes you to Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix.   The beautiful 
town of Sedona, the Grand Canyon and the Gulf of California (Mexico) 
are all possible day trips.   It is even  possible  to go snow 
skiing in the winter, as Flagstaff is approximately 2.5 hours away! 
Tempe, Sun Devil Stadium, US Airways Arena, Chase Ballpark and many 
golf courses are all within a short drive. Watch your favorite 
baseball team during Spring training, as many teams practice and 
play in the area.

For Local attractions, Chandler has the Center for the Arts, a world-
class facility located in its historic district, which showcases 
talents from the opera, jazz musicians, plays and well known 
headliners.  The Kids will want to go to Hamilton Aquatics Center, 
named the "2001 Outstanding Facility" by Arizona Parks and 
Recreation, Which has a zero depth play pool, current river, two 
water slides and an 8-lane competition pool.

Rates above include all utilities.
Additional security/damage deposit of $500 is required.  A cleaning fee of $150.00 will be assessed.  Deposit will 
be returned- minus cleaning fee, within 7 days of departure, if no damage is found to the home or property. 
50% of rate and deposit will be due to reserve rental,  (along with contract so that your money is protected). 
The remaining balance is due in full 30 days before arrival. 

***60% of the deposit is non- refundable upon cancellation of rental.  Cancellation of rentals MUST be made 30 
days prior to reserved date to receive remainder of deposit. Deposit will be completely forfeited, if not cancelled 
within 30 days of reservation.  Will advise if there is another deposit already on home for those dates.
