Stagecoach Inn in Mystic

Stagecoach Inn is an authentic 1790 stagecoach stop and is on the
National Register of Historic Places. It lies in the Village of
Poquetanuck which dates back to 1687. The colonial home was influential in protecting slaves during the
civil war and a part of the original underground passage way is still
visible.
The is comfortable for both adults and children. If you
have a pet, arrangements must be made with us ahead of time.
The home has five bedrooms plus 2 queen size
sleeper sofas. In the living room is a flat screen HD TV and a DVD
player.
Down the street you can go canoeing or stop at the sports bar (once a
grist mill)and have a game of pool. Mystic, Groton, New London and
Norwich are all within 15 minutes or less, time.

Each bedroom has a pillow top queen size bed and is tastefully
decorated.
The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, high definition tv and
a dvd player. There is a writing desk also available in the living
room.
The kitchen is fully furnished and has a full size washer and dryer.
On the deck outside the kitchen area is a bistro set. On the patio is
a table and chairs to seat six. A gas grill can be had for the asking.
Wireless internet is available upon request. Off street parking will
accommodate three cars easily and four in a pinch. We have discounts
to area restaurants and sites to see.

This is Connecticut's number one vacation area. We have the two
largest casinos in the world. In Mystic is the Marine Life Aquarium,
unique shopping and Mystic Seaport (a living museum). All types of
fishing are available. There are beaches on the sound, on the
Atlantic and on the lakes.
We have some of the best sea food restaurants you will ever visit.
Come and visit The Coast Guard Academy or the US Naval Submarine Base
and Museum. Board the USS Nautilus. Have your children go on a
science vessel out to sea and become part of the hands on deck.
Cheap, cheap, cheap! It is owned by Connecticut and promotes the sea
sciences.
Visit the wineries. How about the cider mills or pick your own vegies
and fruits at the nearby farms. Come and Visit.

This home can be rented in one of three ways. Since both floors have kitchens and bathrooms we are able to rent you either floor or both floors together. The first floor can sleep five and has the lowest rates. The top floor has three bedrooms and has middle rates. Renting the entire home has the highest rates. The rates of just the upstairs are listed on the next line.
