CHECK IN/OUT
Check in by 12 noon. Check out by 10:00 am
No security deposit required but before checking in there is an
rental agreement to be signed if there are damages or anything lost
then the client will be charged at check out. Guest must check-out
with the owner/agent to check everything otherwise they will be
responsible for any damages- see rental agreement


PAYMENTS
50% at time of booking, balance due upon arrival
At the time of check-in guest must have valid ID and original credit
card otherwise the guest will loose the reservation and 100% of
deposit

CANCELLATION
refund of the original 50% deposit will be reinbursed to customer if
cancellation is done 15 days prior to the arrival date by e-mail
otherwise the deposit is forfeit and non refundable. There is a
service charge fee of $150.00 for any cancellation at any time which would
be taken out to the original deposit(same rules apply for the owner if cancellation occurs due to
unforseen circumstances and the $150.00 service charge will not be charged to the guest)
