Vacation Rental Description

Just an hour drive south of San Diego brings you to La Mision for 
quiet relaxation and spectacular scenery year round at 
Rancho Rio Vista Retreat Center.

This beautiful two-story home is an outstanding place to spend a 
weekend or for a week long family or group gatherings.  
You will find plenty of quiet solitude and privacy with ample 
parking on this two-acre, fenced and gated Retreat.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Kitchen and Dinning Hall:

This 16 ft. X 33 ft. Kitchen/Dinning Hall has 3 tables for seating 
of 18 people with an additional table for 6 in the living room.

The kitchen features 2 stoves, 2 large refrigerators, a large food 
storage pantry and a complete compliment of cooking utensils, plates 
and silverware along with a microwave, toaster oven and coffee 
makers.


Bedrooms:

This beautiful two story, 4,200 sq. ft. House has 9 bedrooms and 4 
bathrooms in a totally smoke free environment.

It will sleep 30 people with 8 double, 11 single beds plus 2 double 
futon couch/beds and a fold out couch in the living room.  
Additional double futon floor pads are available.


Living Room:

This cozy 16 ft. X 33 ft. living room can be used for a casual 
social space or easily converted to a workshop space with a large 
open floor area for hands on exercises or a lecture type setup.


Outside Patio:

Just off the living room is a semi private 20 ft. X 40 ft. patio 
with a spectacular ocean view and large fire pit.

Swimming, surfering, horseback riding, golf, shopping and many more 
activites!

Vacation Rental Rates

2007 Rental Retes for Rancho Rio Vista Retreat Center

2 to 8 People is $285.00 per night. 
 (Each additional person is $24 per night on weekends.)

Weekly:   2 to  8 people  $ 1,485.00
          up to 30 people $ 2,450.00
         
2 Nights Minimum, 3 Nights Minimum on Holiday Weekends.

$350 Refundable Security Deposit.

Cleaning Fee: $75 Weekends, $125 Weekly.

50% of Rental Fee due at booking to reserve your dates.

Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival date.

50% Cancellation Fee.
