With the most exclusive address in the Village at Northstar™, Great
Bear Lodge 4506 is one of the most luxurious condominiums, with views
of the outdoor skating rink, the mountain slopes and the valley.
Experience the ultimate in privacy that begins with direct elevator
access into your home from the underground parking, paired with a
perfect location in the heart of the Village. You can truly enjoy
the ultimate Ski-In, Ski-Out experience and appreciate the
convenience of being right in the center of the Northstar Village and
all the conveniences of walking to Starbucks, shopping for the kids
or dining with your friends.

The condominium has three bedrooms plus a den each with its own
bathroom. All three bedrooms have remote-controlled television
connected to a cable system and a telephone in-suite.

The Master Suite has a king bed. The bath area has a large shower and
a jacuzzi bathtub. The second bedroom suite has two full beds and a
traditional combination tub and shower. The third bedroom has a
queen size bed and a shower. For the convenience of our members,
each suite also has hair dryers and make-up magnified lighted
mirrors, shampoo, lotion, shower gel, and high altitude sunscreen.
There are four thermostats in the house that control air conditioning
and heat. There is one in the living room and one in each bedroom.

The terrace overlooks the ice-skating rink and may be entered through
the living room and the master bedroom. The fire place is a self
contained unit; the operating switch/timer is located on the left
side.
