The upstairs Master Suite with a view of the Strip features a King 
size bed, walk-in closet, and a master bath with double sink. The 
2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed, and the third bedroom has 2 Twin 
size beds. The loft, also with a view of the Strip, includes a Queen 
size sofa bed.

Downstairs features a family room with a sofa, loveseat, a flat 
screen cable tv and high speed internet. The kitchen includes a 
granite countertop, and the dining area has a large table that can 
seat up to 8. Also located downstairs are the powder room and den, 
which includes an inflatable Queen size mattress.

Note that in total the house has 5 separate sleeping areas (3 
bedrooms + loft + den).

Deposits:
$350 Refundable Security Deposit - The security deposit is 
refundable in full as long as no damage is inflicted on 
the vacation property. This amount is refundable after your vacation 
stay (Security deposit may vary according to the length of the stay).

Cleaning Fee  - $90.

No pets.  No smoking.
