"Harmony" Walk to Beach, South of 30A in Santa Rosa Beach

Are you looking for a quiet spot at the beach? This is Florida as
it used to be, "Harmony" being in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood two
blocks south of 30A and about six miles west of the resort town of
Seaside. We built our beach home with an effort to provide a
comfortable vacation haven for our family and yours.
"Harmony" is a 1350 square foot, comfortably decorated, traditional
beach cottage. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and queen-
sized bed. The other two bedrooms each have two twin beds and there
is another full bathroom. There are two fold out mattresses that
could accommodate 2 children. The fully-equipped kitchen is adjacent
to the dining room and living room, which have cathedral ceilings.
There are hardwood floors throughout. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets on
the large deck.
The beach is 600 feet directly in front of our house and is a short
walk around the corner to our neighborhood beach walkover-no roads
to cross.
We are within walking distance of several restaurants-Goatfeather's,
(also has a seafood market) Cafe Tango, Smiling Fish, Amore and Miss
Lucille's Gossip Parlor (coffee shop).
Bring your bikes, ride up to 30A from our home, and pedal the bike
trail that is paved for 26 miles along the coast.
Take a picnic dinner, visit the ice cream parlors, and listen to the
FREE concerts or watch the free outdoor movies at the nearby
communities of Gulf Place and Seaside.
There are many quaint shops in these and other communities in the
area and Silver Sands Outlet Mall is just about eight miles west of
us on the way to Destin.
This is one of the best values south of 30A-you are sure to enjoy
the beautiful, white, sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast and the
relaxation that comes with a week or more at THE BEACH.

Add 11.5% Florida tax plus $86 cleaning fee. A reservation/damage deposit of $250 is required to reserve the house. It is refundable within 2weeks of departure if no damage.
