Whether you're looking for a wonderful family vacation or a quiet adult getaway, we believe this beach house will meet your expectations.  This three bedroom, two bath home is located on a quiet street south of 30-A in the gorgeous Santa Rosa Beach area along the beautiful South Walton beaches. 

The open floor plan, hardwood floors and beachy decor of this 1350 square foot home make for very comfortable living.  "Harmony" has bedrooms for 6 but there are two foldout mattresses for children.  The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and private bathroom.  Each of the other 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds.  There is another full bathroom.  We are happy to share our home with couples and families looking for a relaxing, memory-filled, affordable vacation.

You will be within walking distance of shops, restaurants and a seafood market where you can pick up your fish for grilling or have your shrimp steamed to take home for dinner.  The 20 mile paved biking/walking path is right up the street from the house.  A three minute walk takes you to the beach where you can spend the day swimming, reading and playing-a wonderful dune lake closeby is great for the little ones not ready for the Gulf waves.

Pack a picnic dinner and enjoy free evening movies and concerts at a variety of quaint beach communities including Seaside and Gulf Place.

The ammenties of the home include covered parking, a large deck right outside the kitchen, barbeque grill, cable TV and wireless Internet access.

No smoking, no pets.

We do not rent to student groups or singles under 25.

Rates do not include 12% taxes or $86 cleaning fee.

50% of base rental rate to reserve.  Damage deposit of $250 (refundable within 2 weeks of departure if no damage) and remainder of rental fee plus tax and cleaning due 4 wks before arrival..
