the Gulf side of 30-A. The dwelling is a 3 story, 5 BR, 3 Bath home
that is a short walk from Florida's Emerald Coast (public access).
We have covered balconies that have beautiful Gulf views and a
centrally located community pool just steps away from our front
door. Our home has a maximum occupancy of 10, is for non-smokers

like quick and easy access to the beach (short stroll), beautiful
Gulf views and family-friendly accommodations. Our cottage has four
bedrooms and an enclosed tower room which makes a great play room or
the 5th bedroom. You will be enchanted by our neighborhood, Old
Florida Cottages, with its beautifully landscaped
lanes and centrally located pool area.
Use the bike path that runs the length of 30-A to explore Santa Rosa
Beach, Seaside or any of the other beach communities in the area
or just spend an afternoon shopping at one of the charming
boutiques or art stands at Gulf Place which is just a short walk
from our home.

A refundable deposit of $400 is required upon booking. Reservations
are not guaranteed until your deposit is received and you have read,
signed and faxed your reservation confirmation and a copy of our
beach house rules. Rates do not include $150 cleaning fee or 11% FL
tax. 50% of total amount due must be received 60 days prior to your
occupancy date and remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your
occupancy date. Until reservation is confirmed, rates are subject to
change without notice.
