Vacation Rental Description

This townhouse is 5 minutes walk to pool area in the award winning
Regal Palms Resort & Spa and only 10 mins from Disney World. It is
ideal for families who like to play and relax in the comfort of a
superb complex and yet only minutes away from Theme Parks and adjacent
to Highlands Reserve Golf Course. The resort offers a business centre
and Internet facility to keep you up to date and also gym to keep you
fit. To indulge yourself enjoy the spa and health & beauty centre. For
dining the on-site restaurant leaves nothing to be desired and the
sports bar, showing sports from around the world caters to all tastes.
The grounds are private and the pool area is used by guests only.
Theme parks are very enjoyable and are a short drive away from your
townhouse. There is even a complimentary shuttle bus service to the
major parks. To save time tickets can be purchased at the Resort. Of
course from your two car parking lot you can drive to all the parks,
restaurants and shopping centers.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Bedrooms:   

Master bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobes, lockers, cable
T.V. and safe.
Bedroom 2 with queen size bed and fitted wardrobes and lockers.
Bedroom 3 with twin beds and fitted wardrobes and lockers.
Bedroom 4 same as bedroom plus cable T.V.

Bathrooms:

There are two en-suite bathrooms for the double rooms with bath/shower
over, WC and instant hot water
There is a separate bathroom for the twin rooms with bath/shower over.
 The bathroom are tiled for sparkling cleanliness.

Living Room:

For relaxing in style and comfort the living area comprises a spacious
sitting-room with ample seating.  For dining there is a table and six
chairs.  There is also cable T.V. and telephone.  From this room there
is a door opening to a covered patio area.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully equipped as expected from a luxury townhouse with
cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and ample crockery. For
easy dining there is a breakfast counter with stools.

Utility Room:

Washer and Dryer.

Cleaning/Linen/Maid service:

Towels and bed linen are included.  There is a maid service available
from the Resort Management. You decide when you want it and only pay
for what you want.

Outside:.

The patio is accessed from the sitting-room and there is parking for
two cars.

Activities and Attractions

Coast/Beach:

In addition to the amenities of the Complex the beautiful Cocoa Beach
on the Atlantic side is a 60 minute drive away.  Clearwater Beach and
St. Pete's Beach on The Gulf of Mexico are only 90 minutes away

Golf:

The Regal Palms Resort is adjacent to Highlands Reserve Golf Course. 
It is a 72 par Championship course and I can personally recommend it.
 There are many other top class courses an easy 10-30 drive from your
townhouse.

Vacation Rental Rates

January to February      $500 per week
March to June                $700 per week
July to August                $800 per week
Sept to 20th Dec            $600 per week
21 Dec to Jan 06            $900 per week

PLEASE NOTE RESORT CHARGE $10 FEE PER DAY FOR USE OF FACILITIES PAYABLE DIRECT TO THEM ON 
CHECKIN.This is per house and not per person
