Hi Charlie, I meant to write you when I returned to San Diego. However, I have been trying to catch up some work since I was away for so long. Thank you very much for extending us a good discount
for our extended stay.  We had four people, Yani Tseng (18, the player), her mom, her caddie and myself.  We each enjoyed our own room.  I must say, you have a very beautiful house, very warm and homemy.  Each room is so nicely decorated with a different theme.  The only thing I did not find is the cork screw for the wine.I will definitely return should I take other player to
qualify next year.Have a Merry X'mas and Happy New Year.

Thank you for your email.  You were on my list to thank very much for the use of your Beach House.  It was great and contained everything that we could possibly need.  I don't think that we once thought of something that wasn't there. In fact I brought a whole plastic box of stuff that I thought we would need that didn't even get opened.  Many thanks and I hope everything was left in the same condition that it was when we arrived only probably rearranged a slight bit. 
You are right 80 degrees - sun and sand is much better than -20 snow and slush - but we will just dream as well until the next time and we will definitely keep you in mind.  Shirley..Canada 1/6/2009
 

After a HARD day at the beach what's better than relaxing and
enjoying the night breezes right from the privacy of the fenced in
back porch or front porch, it doesn't get any better than that.
Stand in the back yard and view the OCEAN. Plenty of resturants within
walking distance. All bedrooms and the Florida room have TV's. Living
room has a sofa bed complete with TV, Stereo, DVD/VHS surround system,
take it for a test drive if you like. Completely eqiuiped Kitchen,
Dishwasher, Coffe maker, ice maker, Blender for those Margarita's,
Washer/dryer, Coolers, Bikes, Beach Chairs Etc. All wait for you to
