the comfortable sleeper sofa along with TV, DVD, and stereo. The
unit is equipped internet connection. YOu and your family will enjoy
the balcony, which wraps around the unit to give you a beautiful
view of the Gulf.

Rental Terms:

We require 50% of your grand total for reservation. The grand total
will include a deposit of $100.00. The remaining 50% of your rental
will be due 30 days prior to your arrival. If your rental is within
30 days, the complete grand total must be paid within 5 days.
Reservations are not guaranteed until 50% payment is received.
