South of Green Valley approximately 20 minutes is an art community called Tubac.  Southeast of Tubac is the community called Patagonnia, which is known for several wineries.   Visit old Tombstone and enjoy the reinactment of the shoot out at the OK Corral and visit the numerous variety of shops.

Annual lease $550 per month and tenant pays gas, electric and any additional amenities such as cable, phone, internet etc.
