The total living space is approx. 2500 sf. With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths:

* BR4 : 2 Bunks
With the additional full sleeper sofa in living room, the house would
comfortably accommodate 12-14 people.
The upstairs Master suite has private balcony with ocean view. It
also has a wet bar and mini-fridge. Bedroom 3 also has its own
balcony overlooking the pool and Gulf view. Bedroom 4 is downstairs
and designed for entertaining the youngsters with 32" LCD TVs,
Playstation 2 game system and foosball table in the adjacent den.
For other in-home entertainment, the living room has 40" HD LCD TV
with built-in DVD player. All bedrooms have TV+DVDs for your late
night favorite movie viewing.
The house has a very open floor plan downstairs connecting the
kitchen, dining and 2 living areas, perfect for large family reunions.
South Padre Island is full of vacation activities and events
throughout the year. The homeowners will provide a booklet of
essential local information and things to do during your stay.
